LA STAGE Alliance and the Ovation Rules Committee are currently seeking Ovation voters to serve from September 2014 – August 2015.
APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY 5:00 PM on FRIDAY, MAY 30, 2014.
1. Email your theatre-based resume to email@example.com. Your resume should demonstrate your professional history in theatre (not film/television), specifically highlighting your history with theatre in Los Angeles.
(**Please note: you must complete this form in one sitting and you will not be able to save a copy of your submission. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you prepare your answers in a separate document, then copy/paste your responses into this form.)

First-year voters must re-apply their second year. If accepted, then they are subject to the same voter application timelines as other voters.
Voters who are not in their first year are required to apply every three years. Therefore, if you submitted an application in Spring 2012 or Spring 2013, you do not have to re-apply. You will be emailed and asked to confirm your voter spot for the 2014/15 Season.
